• Lead, manage and mentor a team of product managers and product designers matching both product vision and strategy, aligned with the company’s strategy and business objectives.
• Oversee all product-related activities including prioritization, feature definition, user experience, product design and UI/UX.Drive innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive action.
• Lead and execute the product strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate product roadmap into prioritized actionable technical requirements.
• Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities.
• Develop forecasts, KPI’s and metrics.
• Monitor product development sprints and evaluate results.
• Lead Product Marketing Managers to assess product mix and marketing strategy.Build incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy the needs of customers.
