Customer Success Analyst

The Customer Success Analyst will play a crucial role in executing and developing our customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about working smart, using technology to optimize business processes, and delivering creative, intuitive, and unified educational content.

The Role:

• Identify product and business gaps to create new processes and own the project to completion. monitor and analyze  results vs. plan, key gaps, and recommendations.
• Develop, produce and write core and education content, including learning objectives, learning plans, scripts for educational videos, backbone content, and client communications.
• Act as the voice of the customer and collaborate with other departments.
• Responsible for managing key performance metrics and providing analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Identify churn risk and work proactively to eliminate risk.
• build out weekly, monthly, and quarterly CS, reporting team's use through new reports, dashboards and other tools.
• Conducts ad-hoc and ongoing data analysis to generate actionable customer insights and crisp recommendations.
• Work alongside our Sales team to identify up-sell opportunities.
• Ensuring retention and satisfaction by providing intelligence insights to our customers.

Your Experience & Skills:

• Hands-on technical background, particularly with SaaS products and services.

• Prior experience with BI systems.

• Has great knowledge of SQL and databases.

• Experience developing, producing, launching, and measuring the effectiveness of educational content.

• Experience analyzing and transforming data into impactful insights.

• BSc in industry and management or equivalent degree - an advantage.

• Positive attitude, great team player, high energy, and a multitasker.

• Committed to providing the customers with a solution to their needs.
