We are looking for an energetic and exceptional HR Lead to manage our people strategy by leveraging our talent acquisition, company culture and the entire employee experience life cycle.
This is an incredible opportunity to join a key role in a start-up that helps business succeed! You'll be in charge of recruiting-related aspects from A to Z and spot top talents, pitch our company and vision, build and shape great teams, and use innovative recruiting methods.

About The Role:

• Manage all aspects of HR including recruiting new talents, performance management, training, people development etc.
• Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resources and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Lead the HR process. Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process- from sourcing, crafting profiles & phone interviewing to in-depth behavioral interviews and issuing an offer.• Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns.
• Overall control of the Onboarding process of new employees .
• Work alongside managers across departments to coach and train them on employee experience lifecycle and performance management.
• Lead top candidate experiences, innovative recruiting & brand initiatives to create strong employer branding both internally and externally

Your Experience & Skills:

• 4 years+ experience in HR operations in the Hi-tech industry - a must.

• Experience as a senior leadership and strategic partner of HR.

• At least one year experience working with a technology product company.

• A BA in business administration, or any relevant field, who has great technical skills and orientation.

•Proficient in working with Google tools and Microsoft Office.
