• Own the entire customer onboarding process, using the relevant tools and data to improve churn and customer’s engagement with our product.
• Communicate with our internal stakeholders to provide the best solutions to our day-to-day problems.
• Become an expert of our product, familiar with all aspects of the end-to-end user experience.
• Own and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Be responsible for delivering the highest possible value to the business.
• Translating a product strategy into demand documents and work plans using the Agile method.
• Prioritize and build tasks for the development team and provide an on-site response to developers.
• Manage sprint planning, version updates and follow up on deadlines.
