The Role:

We are looking for a customer Support representative who is passionate about technology and learning about the challenges associated with CRM software. To be successful you should be  curious and an excellent communicator who can earn clients' trust in order to succeed in this role.
• Take ownership of customer support cases, see problems through to resolution and escalate irregular events.
• Research’ diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer support cases.
• Strong technical and communication skills with the ability to understand and troubleshoot system and applications flows, dive deep into complex problems and find their root cause.
• Communicate and solve customers’ problems via phones, email and live chat.
• Act as a consultant and offers solutions to customer’s problems with the product.
• Guide, demo and educate customers through technical recommendation during onboarding and ongoing operations.
• Learn Powerlink product in-depth and help customers to do the same.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills, with high proficiency of verbal writing skills in English.

Your Experience & Skills:

• Experience as a Customer Support or similar CS role.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Multi-tasking abilities.

• Patience when handling tough cases.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• BSc in industrial engineering or relevant field.

• Effectively solve problems.

• Knowledge of help desk software is also a plus.
