Marketing Lead

The Marketing Lead will present our products in a way that tells our unique story in a simple, but differentiated way.
You will be responsible for managing the marketing team and implementing local and global marketing strategies for the organization's products.
Your role is to articulate the 'big picture' while taking care of the finer details of research, design, validation, analysis, implementation, and management of the product proposition.

The Role:

• Define strategy and conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities.
• Driving the packaging of the onboarding experience, understanding the competitive landscape and being the main focal point for all content marketing aspects of the product across online channels.
• Create highly-effective written and visual content that is compelling and concise, which highlights the product values and unique selling points (USPs), from concept to product.
• Own every stage of the product content cycle, from brainstorming on initial concepts to shipping high-quality content and analysing its usage.
• Manage, analyse and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and other social channels.
• Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability.
• Make technical decisions that provide solutions to business challenges.
• Provide comprehensive support to internal customers, find solutions to outstanding problems or issues.
• Build a partner network by targeted outreach.
• Lead the marketing team - encourage professional learning and skill advancement.

Your Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience in product companies.

• Worked in a SaaS start-up.

• Experience in producing and creating digital content.

Knowledge of researching and identifying potential markets, as well as creating content assets appropriate for digital acquisition.

• Analytical mindset.

• Proactive and independent in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Google analytics, and Google marketing cloud.

• Outstanding English writing skills.

• Strong storytelling skills and a creative flair.

• Keep up with the latest web trends.

• Experience with global web marketing efforts.

• Experience using the following tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Wordpress and HTML (basic knowledge).
