The Marketing Team Lead will present our products in ways that tell our unique story in a simple and differentiated way. In this role you will oversee the product marketing team, developing go-to-market and content strategies for the organization’s products. You will Articulate the strategic “big picture”, whilst being hands-on with the finer detail of product proposition research, design, validation, analysis, delivery and management.If your life is all about creativity, innovation, analytics, and out of the box idea the next part is for you. 

• Driving the packaging of the onboarding product experience, understanding the competitive landscape and being the main focal point for all content marketing aspects of the product across online channels.
• Create highly-effective written and visual content that is compelling and concise, and which highlights the product values and unique selling points (USPs), from concept to product.
• Own every stage of the product content cycle, from brainstorming on initial concepts to shipping high-quality content and analyzing its usage.
• Manage, analyze and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and other social channels.
• Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability
• Make good technical decisions that provide solutions to business challenges.
• Provide comprehensive support to internal customers, achieve resolution to outstanding problems or issues.
• Lead the marketing team - encouraging continued professional learning and skill advancement.
